The Port has been chosen to participate in a pilot project sponsored by the AAPA for establishing an Environmental Management System (EMS). This is a two-year program we were selected for, after competition with several ports.  In order for this to be successful, the participation of every-one working at the Port is desired.  Starting now you have the opportunity to give your input on how the Board can expand and improve its environmental program. Some of you will be chosen to serve on either a core team or a support team.
